For this tutorial, you will need a tube of your choice and this mask :

1 – Open the mask image.

Open a new image 540 x 540, white background.

2 – Flood fill with a linear gradient 45° angle, 1 repeat, with two colors of similar hue, one lighter in foreground, one darker in background.

3 – Effects – Distorsion effects – Displacement :

 4 – Image – Add borders : 2 pixels, black.

5 – Image – Add borders : 4 pixels, white or any other light color.

6 – Image – Add borders : 2 pixels, black.

7 – Image – Add borders : 20 pixels, white.
Select this border with the magic wand and flood fill with the same gradient, 45°, 5 repeats.
Deselect.

8 – Image – Add borders : 2 pixels, black.

9 – Paste the tube as a new layer. Move it where you want it.

Effects – 3D effect – Drop shadow : 0/0/60/20/black.

10 – Layer – Merge all.
File – Export – JPEG optimiser.
