FLOWERY BORDER FRAME
For this tutorial, you will need the following filters :
Simple, Unlimited and FM Tile Tools.
1 – Open the picture you want to frame.
2 – Duplicate it twice.
YOUR TILE
3 – On one picture, go Image – Resize to 300 pixels high.
4 – On the other picture, go Image – Resize to 300 x 300, making sure « Lock aspect ratio» is unchecked.
5 - Filtre Simple - Pizza Slice mirror.
6 - Filtre Simple - Quick Tile.
THE FRAME
7 – Come back to your first duplicated (and resized) picture.
8 – Image – Add borders, 3 pixels with a dark color of the picture.
9 – Image – Add borders, 25 pixels, light color of the picture or white.
10 – Image - Add borders, 3 pixels, dark color of the picture.
11 – Image - Add borders, 75 pixels, white color.
Select this border with the magic wand.
12 – Select your tile and flood fill in that frame.
Keep seleted.
13 – Filtre - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss.
14 – Your border being still selected.
Filtre Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 2, Fram Size 75, Contrast 75.
Deselect.
16 – Decorate the corners to your liking.
(colorising them if needed with Adjust – Hue and Saturation - Colorisation).
choose the color you want to use and check what are the values of Hue and Saturation
and then you apply the same value on the colorising adjustment.
15 – Image – Add borders, 3 pixels, dark color of the picture.
