1 – Open a tube and duplicate it twice.

2 – On the first copy, add a raster layer, and move it underneath and flood fill with a color from the tube.

3 – With the selection tool, rectangle, trace a square in the middle of the tube and copy and paste as a new image.

Edit – Copy on the tube with a background.

Edit – Paste into selection in your new image.

Adjust – Blur –Gaussien blur set to 15.

5 – Double click on the background layer to convert into raster and reduce opacity to 50%

6 – Effects – Texture – Texture - Striation : 100%-0-1-0-0-white-315-50-30.
7 – Image – Add borders : 20 (any odd color)

Select this border with the magic wand and flood fill with your tile you meda earlier.

Apply the same texture effect Striation then in the previous step.

Keep selected.

Effects – 3D effects – Inner bevel : 13/32/3/30/0/blanc/315/32/40.
 

8 – Paste your tube and apply a drop shadow effect : 2/2/70/8/noir.
 

9 – Activate your text tool.

Select vector, a thick font, size approximately 60, thickness 2.

Choose the foreground to be a dark color of the tube and the background with the tile you made previously.

Enter you text and apply the same drop shadow as in step 8.

10 – Layers – Merge all.

11- Sign and File – Export – JPEG optimizer
