For this tutorial, you will need :

the filter VM Natural The Camila tube to download here
The satin bow to download here
And the this mask to save after you click on the thumbnail.

1 – Open your tube and the mask.

2 – Set the foreground color to #083590 and #0888cf for the background color.
Set a radial gradient, angle of 0°, with 73 repeats using those two colors.

3 – Open a new image 700 x 700, white background.
Flood fill with your gradient.
Layer – New mask layer – From Image… Select the mask "volants", check Invert mask data.
Layer – Merge – Merge group. Effects – 3D effects – Drop Shadow: 0/0/60/10/blue #000040.

4 – Open a new image 600 x 600, white background.
Flood fill with the gradient while inverting the foreground and background colors.
Layer – New mask layer – From Image... Select the mask "volants", check Invert mask data.
Layer – Merge – Merge group. Edit – Copy.

5 – Edit – Paste on the 700 x 700 background.
Effects – 3D effects – Drop shadow: 0/0/60/10/blue #000040.

6 – Activate your tube. Image – Canvas size: 356 x 356, Left 56.

7 – Flood fill the background layer with the dark blue color #083590.
Effects – VM Natural – Sparkles :

8 – Layer – Merge – Merge all.

9 – Image – Add borders : 10 pixels, light blue color #0888cf.
Selection – Select all. Select – Modify – Contract : 10 pixels.
Selection – Invert. Effects – 3D effects – Inner bevel :

10 – Edit – Copy.

11 – Edit – Paste as a new layer on the masked image. Effects – 3D effects – Drop shadow: 0/0/60/10/blue #000040.

12 – Decorate with the blue bow. With the deformation tool, apply a slight rotation. Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpness. Effects – 3D effects – Drop shadow: 0/0/60/5/blue #000040.

13 – Layer – Merge – Merge all. Edit – Copy. Edti – Paste as a new image. Now your work is perfectly centered.

14 – File – Export – JPEG Optimizer.
