For this tutorial, you will need a tube of your choice, Toadies Filter Eye Candy 4000 filter Unlimited filter

1- Open a new image 500 x500 on transparent background.

2- Add a new raster and fill with a color or gradient of your choice.

3- Layer – Load/save mask – Load mask from disk and choose geometric circles
(or any other mask you want; try some to see what would suit your taste).

4- Delete the mask layer.

5- Open your tube and resize if necessary. Edit – Copy.

6- Edit – paste as a new layer.
Image – Mirror.

7- Effect – Toadies – Weaver with the default setting.

8- Paste your tube a second time as a new layer.

9- Effect – Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow and pick the color of your choice.

10- Add your text with the Text tool and move where you want.

11- Once you are happy with the disposition, Merge – Merge visible.

12- Effect – Filter Unlimited – Edge Square – Square Edge 17.
Add a drop shadow : 0/0/60/20/black.

13- Sign

14- Now you can flood fill the background layer to your liking.
