
For this tutorial, you will need a picture,
the Simple filter,
the heart shape (to unzip and put in your preset shapes)
and a gold tile :

And of the the heart corner to download by clicking on the thumbnail :
1 – Open your picture. Resize it at 480 pixels wide. Duplicate it.
2 – Put the gold tile in foreground.
Put no background.
Activate the preset shape tool.
Pick the heart shape. In the option bar, set the width to 5 pixels.

3 – On the first picture, draw a heart over most of the image height by holding the Shift key to keep a proportionate shape.
4 – Objects – Align – Center on Canvas. Right click on the vector layer and convert to raster.
5 – Make sure you are on the top layer, the one with the heart shape on it.
Click inside the heart with the magic wand.
Effects – 3D effects – Cutout :

Selection – Invert.
6 – Activate the bottom layer, the one with the picture.
Adjust – blur – Gaussian blur : 10.
Deselect. Layers – Merge all.
Edit – Copy. Keep this picture aside for now.
7 – Back to the duplicate of your picture. Adjust – Blur – Gaussian blur : 10.
8 – Image – Add borders : 3 pixels, any odd color.
Select that border with the magic wand.
Fill with the gold tile.
9 – Image – Add borders : 30 pixels of a main color of the picture.
Select that border with the magic wand.
Effects – Simple filter – Diamonds.
Effets - 3D effects – Inner bevel :

10 – Repeat steps les étapes 8, 9 et 8.
11 – Edit – Paste as a new layer. It will get places automatically in the middle of the frame.
12 – Coy the heart diamond and paste as new layer.
Move it to the top left corner.
Effects – Simple filter – Top left mirror.
10 – Sign and merge all.
File – Export – JPEG optimizer.
