For this tutorial, you will need :

Emboss Work filter to download here.

One or several tubes with lots of clear details.

1 – Open the tubes.

2 – File – Export – Custom brush and name them.

3 – Open a new image 400 x 400 and flood fill with a pastel color.

4 – Layers – New Raster Layer and name it Layer 1.

5 – Activate your paint brush and apply the different brushes you created.
At this point the color can be anything.

6 – Effects – Plugins – Emboss Works – Ice white : 255/255/255.

7 – Layers – Duplicate and name it layer 2.

8 – Layers – Duplicate and name it layer 3.

9 – Activate the layer 2. Effects – 3D effects – Drop shadow : 1/1/70/5/black.

10 – Activate layer 3. Adjust – Brightness and Contrast : 10/10. Repeat if the picture is not white enough.

11 – Layers – Merge all.

12 – Image – Add borders : 2 pixels in white.
Image – Add borders : 2 pixels in pastel color.
