For this tutorial, you will need a picture, a flower tube, the font MC Blossom to download here.

And this mask. Click on the thumbnail and right-click on the mask :

1- Open the mask.
Rotate the mask if your picture is vertical.
Image - Rotate - Rotate clockwise 90 degrees.

2- Open the picture. Resize at 600 pixels high. Image - Greyscale.

3- Right-click on the Background layer, Duplicate.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur set between 5 and 9 depending on your picture. In the layer palette choose Darken mode.
Layer - Merge all.

4- Layers - New mask layer - From image and select the mask you have open. Layer - Merge group. Edit - Copy.

5- Create a new transparent image 700 x 700 pixels.
Edit - Paste as new layer.
Move toward the left but not too close to the edge to loose the drop shadow effect.
Effects - 3D - Drop shadow : 0/0/60/20/black.

6- Paste your tube as a new layer and place where you want.

7- Choose your Text tool in vector, font MC Blossom , Size 60, Bold, Stroke Width 1 , background color red, foreground a darker red. Type in your signature. Move to where you want. Rotate as you wish.

8- Crop your picture making sure you do not touch the drop shadow.

9- Layer - Merge all. File - Export - JPEG Optimizer.
