PORCELAIN IMAGE

1 – Open a picture and a tube.

2 – On the picture, Layers - Duplicate.
On the new layer, Adjust – Blur – Gaussian blur set to 9.
In the layer palette set the blend mode to Darken.
Layers – Merge visible. 3 – Apply the same effects on the tube.

4 – Back to your picture. Image – Picture frame and pick the frame Edge design 01 (in PSP 9). Layers – Merge all.

5 – Open a new image 600 x 600/
Paste your picture as a new layer and then the tube.
On the tube, Effects – 3D effects – Drop shadow : 2/2/50/10/black.

6 – With the rectangular selection tool, select a small section of your picture.
Edit – Paste as a new image. Set this image as your background tile and make a darker one in foreground.

7 – With the Text tool, enter your text.

8 – Hide the background layer. Layers – Merge all visible.
Edit – Copy Edit – Paste as a new image to get a perfect centering.

9 – Layers – Merge all (flatten). Image – Add borders : 2 pixels of dark color.
