Dowload the corner tube, and save the tile.

1 – Open a picture of your choice. Pick these colors :
foreground : F2EDA6
background : F9692D

2 – Image – Add borders : 2, fill with your tile.

3 – Image – Add borders : 2, fill with black.

4 – Image – Add borders : 2, fill with your tile.

5 – Image – Add borders : 20, fill with your tile at 90°.

6 – Effects – 3D effects – Inner bevel :

7 – Image – Add borders : 2, fill with black.

8 – Image – Add borders : 30, fill with your tile.

9 – Effects – Texture – Mosaic-Antique :

10 – Effects – 3D effects – Inner bevel with same settings as step 6.

11 – Image – Add borders : 2, fill with black.

12 – Image – Add borders : uncheck symmetric, top 30, bottom 30 left 0, right 0.

13 – Fill with light color.

14 – Effects – Texture – Blind with the dark color.

15 – Apply the same inner bevel as in step 6.

16 – Continue the same way for the left and right borders.

17 – Paste your tube as a new layer and move to the top left of the picture

18 – Layers – Duplicate. Image – Mirror

20 – Layers – Duplicate Image – Flip

21 – Layer – Duplicate Image – Mirror

22– Sign and merge all.
