FRAME CRACKED

Filters used : Unlimited and Simple

Material needed : a picture and a gold tile.

1 – Open the picture you want to frame.
Duplicate the picture twice (Shift – D).

2 – On the first picture, resize to 150 x 150 making sure that « lock aspect ratio» is unchecked.
Filter Unlimited, Distorsion Filter, Cracked, 64.
Filter Simple, Quick Tile. Select this pattern as your foreground at 45°.

3 – On the second picture, Image – Add borders : 3 pixels with any contrasting color.
Select that border with the magic wand and flood fill with the gold tile.

4 – Image – Add borders : 15 pixels.
Filter, Unlimited, Paper and Backgrounds, Bear Mat, White.

5 – Repeat step 3.

6 – Image – Add borders : 30 pixels.
Select that border with the magic wand and flood fill with the tile you created in step 2.
Effets - 3D effects – Inner bevel :

7 – Repeat step 3.

8 – Repeat step 4, but with 20 pixels.

9 – Repeat step 3.

10 – File – New 10 x 10 pixels.
Flood fill with gold tile.
File – New 10 x 40.
Flood fill with gold tile.
Copy and paste as a new layers in the corner of the framed picture.
Duplicate the second element and apply a 90° rotation.

11 – Hide the background layer and Merge all visible.
Layers – Duplicate. Image – Mirror.
Layers – Duplicate. Image – Flip.
Layers – Duplicate. Image – Mirror.

12 – Sign and merge all. File – Export – JPEG optimizer.
