WOVEN TAG

1 – Open a tube of your choice. Duplicate.

2 – Open a new picture, 500 x 500, with white background.

3 – Effects – Texture – Weave. Use the following settings and a colour to match your tube.

4 – Paste your tube as a new layer.

5 – Layers – Merge all.

6 – Image – Add borders : 2 pixels of a dark colour.

7 – Image – Add borders : 20 pixels of a contrasting colour.
Select that border.
Floodfill with a linear gradiant, 45° with the colour of the textile and white.

8 – Image – Add borders : 2 pixels, dark colour.

9 – Use the Text tool, foreground with dark colour and background with a light colour.
Choose a thick font, size of about 36, with thickness of 2 pixels.

10 – Click on each square of the textile to write each letter of your name. Align and center each as you go.

11 – Layers – Merge all. File – Export – JPEG optimizer.
