1 Open an image of your choice and resize to 300 pixels wide. Adjust Sharpen Sharpen. 2 Download the canvas tile : 
3 Effects - 3D effects Buttonize with these settings :
4 Image Add borders; 10 pixels black. Select that black frame with the magic wand and flood fill with a gold tile. Effects 3D Inner bevel : 
5 Repeat step 4. 6 Image Add borders; 50, black. Select that black border with the magic wand and flood fill with the canvas tile. 7 Repeat steps 4 and 5. 8 Decorate with flowery corners on the canvas. 9 Layers Merge all and sign.
